Robert Pfeifley opened the doors with a single bench, a loupe, and the conviction that small-town Kansas deserved the same quality of jewelry you'd find on Fifth Avenue. Sixty-four years later, his grandchildren still work the bench — and many of his first customers' grandchildren still walk through the door.
